‘My alarm went off at 4.15am this morning, ready to jump in the car and go to work. Wedding mornings are always fabulous but very busy. During these mornings I always ensure I prep a matcha latte to take with me as its loaded with good fats, lots of water and a chia pudding. It was 32C today and I definitely felt dehydrated, when it came to my night time skincare routine I could tell my skin was feeling the pressure of a busy day on not a lot of sleep. You can tell when your skin is dehydrated because fine lines & wrinkles become more visible, the skin texture may feel different and the skin overall doesn’t look its normal radiant self.
