Within your treatment Alice takes you on a journey balancing mind, body & spirit. A coach, teacher and student of the skin and body guiding you nutritionally, emotionally & physically. Your treatment does not stop at the treatment table, you will leave with the knowledge and skills to carry on your treatment at home.

SOUND MEDITATION / SOUND BATH
Crystal Sonic Therapy
Experience the powerful vibrational frequencies and harmonies of the beautiful Crystal Tones Alchemy Bowls creating an atmosphere for deep embodiment and rebalancing of both mind, body & Spirit.
Sound therapy marries both the scientific and the spiritual worlds. An ancient healing technique now finding its place in western medicine. Clinical studies have shown lowered blood pressure, a reduction in anxiety, increased immune function, lowered overall stress. 30 minutes of sound therapy has the same effect of 10mg of valium.
The main happy side effects of a sound bath are a deep restorative nights sleep, lowered overall stress of mind & body and clarity of mind
During a session you will lie in a comfortable space with a blankets and pillows for your comfort. Entering a state of deep relaxation where you can experience the cellular healing qualities of the sound vibrations. The term ‘bath’ refers to the sound waves washing over you, there is no water involved.
Alice uses crystal alchemy singing bowls, the highest quality quartz crystal, making them incredibly resonant. The tones produced by crystal bowls are not just heard by the ear, you feel them in your body, with certain tones affecting your energy centers (chakras) for healing, balancing & meditation. Alongside the singing bowls, Alice also uses Koshi Chimes and an optional gong depending on what your body needs at the time.

- The transmission of pure resonance of Crystal Tones and sound vibrations of the alchemy bowls may cause sensitivities if you have any of the following: Early stages of preganancy, if you suffer with epilepsy, have metal implants, wear a hearing aid. REIKI
1-1 Session
Alice is a certified as practitioner of both the Usui Reiki Ryoho (The Japanese - Usui Spiritual Energy Method) and Usui Shiki Ryoho (The Western Usui System of Natural Healing) The two together demonstrate the full scope of this beautiful system, each carrying rich information and possibility for our journeys of healing and awakening.
Within a session Alice Incorporates some gentle sound healing using crystal tone bowls to begin your treatment followed by your relaxing, restorative, balancing reiki treatment.

Distance Reiki
A tech free Reiki share, simply find a comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed. Alice will send over a playlist of binaural beats to deepen your healing journey and simply prepare to receive at your chosen time.

+ WHAT EXACTLY IS REIKI?
- The word Reiki applies to both the energy that we call Reiki and also the system developed by Mikao Usui that enables us to cultivate healing with this energy.
- When we share Reiki we are the bridge between a higher energetic plane and the earth, we are at the point where the divine essence coalesces with the physical, manifested world. Since Reiki enters our crown, flows into our hearts, and pours out of our hands, we can say that our hearts are the meeting point of the higher energetic plane and earth.
Breathwork
The Breathwork Alice specialises in is a variation of transformational breath in which we manipulate the breath to increase oxygen flow and move stagnation out of the body.

+ HOW DOES IT WORK?
- Its often used with patients with PTSD or any kind of trauma or as an alternative to talking therapy. Within a session you lie on your back in a comfortable space and I guide you through a specific breathing technique which allows us to tap into a therapeutic frequency within the brain where deep ‘healing’ can occur its like a fast train to a higher state meditation state. We store a lot of emotion in our cells & tissues people often experience a big release, sometimes in the form of tears sometimes laughter. Its an incredible experience.

- If you have any concerns do speak to your doctor prior to booking this treatment. Breathwork is not recommended during preganancy or people with a history of aneurisms, cardiovascular problems, high blood pressure, vision problems, osteoporosis, or any recent physical injuries or surgeries. It is also not recommended for people who experience severe psychiatric symptoms or seizures or who take heavy medication.
