5 ways to avoid feeling the effects of Blue Monday and put a spring in your step.

Blue Monday is upon us seemingly, after nestling back into work, waiting for pay day after a fun filled Christmas, teamed with the January blues I can feel you pulling the duvet up and hitting snooze already. However, theres no actual scientific backing for Blue Monday so I vote we throw it to one side and try and have a super bright shiny Monday instead!

Cute photos and videos are a fail safe way to get those happy hormones going!

  1. Monday socialising, I mean why not. Have a little call around and see who’s free on their lunch break or after work for some delicious food a catch up and a giggle. If no ones physically around give your bestie a call.

  5. Try these podcasts to make you giggle, sentimental in the city (for you sex and the city fans) & The guilty feminist. Our go to happy place on Netflix is Schitts Creek, power through the first few episodes and you’ll quickly fall in love with the characters.
