Self Love Sunday

Holy Moly the longest month of the year is coming to a close.

Whether you’ve had a busy productive January, or a restorative one I wanted to give you a few ideas so we’re strolling into next month feeling radiant.

Set an intention for the month. This is different from a to do list. Do you want to let more love into your life, feel more nourished physically and mentally, bring more joy into your life, bring in productivity and abundance?

If any of those resonate with you, or if you have one of your own turn it into a manta - e.g I am physically and mentally nourished, My life is full of joy, I am loved….write it down on a post it or piece of paper and pop it somewhere where you’ll see it daily, the more the better. Snap a photo and save it as your screensaver.

When you have set your intention have a think about the steps you need to take to make it a reality. Lets use ‘I am physically and mentally nourished’

For a moment focus on what is lacking, what is standing in your way from feeling like this version of yourself. Is it literally nutritional choices, Is it that book on the night stand you’ve been meaning to start, maybe its a course you’ve been wanting to do for so long and its time to bite the bullet and get started. Write down 3 small things you can do to start you on your journey to feeling the best version of yourself.
