The first Kyushi retreat of the year is a retreat with a difference. Set at the beautifully designed Hazelwood in Norfolk, UK. This retreat is like no other, rest is encouraged, home made cake available throughout the day, cocktails in the retro caravan in the woods and organic wine, want some alone time? No problem you can even choose to eat in your room which would look perfectly at home in Elle Interiors. Fiona has poured love and creativity into Hazelwood down to every last detail.
Fiona and I met through the magic of sound, and after chatting we realised we could create something magical at Hazelwood, which I’m so excited to share with you.
Restore the balance of your mind, body and spirit - immerse and ground yourself in nature, luxuriate in a guided facial massage using Kyushi oils and facial tools, indulge in a bespoke massage to restore your physical self, and nurture your body with wholesome and delicious vegetarian food.
Relax in the luxurious and beautiful surroundings at Hazelwood and enjoy all that it has to offer, step out of the day to day and find total relaxation in the powerful vibrational frequencies and harmonies of a beautiful crystal sound bath. Relax by the pool, wander in the wood or find a cosy nook to read a book.. breathe out.
Rejuvenate yourself and rediscover your creativity, and grounding in nature by collecting flowers and plants from the gardens and woodland at Hazelwood to create a beautiful hand dyed eye pillow filled with Hazelwood lavender. By taking a moment of grounding and creative meditation, you will experience a relaxation and calm that will be truly rejuvenating.
